Recently, CIE and Jiangsu Xugang Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "XuSteel Group") signed an EPC contract for technical renovation of sintering machine of 1280m3 blast furnace. This is the second cooperation between the two sides after the construction of sintering, pelletizing, lime kiln, steel rolling heating furnace and other projects.

In this project, CIE built a new 320m2 sintering production line (including waste heat power generation) and related supporting facilities for XuSteel Group. The construction of the project follows the design concept and principle of "advanced, economical, practical, reliable and efficient". A series of advanced technologies and equipment at home and abroad have been applied to help XuSteel Groupsuch reach a new level in sinter system equipment, sinter production capacity, environment quality, energy saving and emission reduction, such as deep-bed sintering, double-inclined belt energy-saving ignition furnace, powered hot air sintering, new turnover unloading ring cooler, high-temperature waste heat power generation by ring cooler and zero emission of hot exhaust gas from ring cooler.
