In recent years, Hunan Changtian Automation Engineering Co., Ltd. has achieved high-quality development with scientific and technological innovation, and formed a number of scientific research achievements related to the main business (instrument, electrical and computer systems), with complete independent intellectual property rights and at the leading level domestically and internationally. Among them, the ore composition analysis technology is a breakthrough technology, which solves the problem of import from abroad at high cost and has been applied in many steel enterprises at home. The technology is superior to similar foreign technologies. The grain size analysis of the mixture after the granulator realizes online detection of the grain size of the mixture. It can detect spherical objects with standard grain size, with an accuracy up to ±0.05 mm. The ratio of +3mm ores and trend correlation of moisture content can be greater than 98%, filling in the gap in this field at home and abroad and solving the problems of relying on manual test and serious data lag.

Up to now, Hunan Changtian Automation Engineering Co., Ltd. has 200 patents and software copyrights. Relevant technologies have been successfully applied to many well-known domestic steel enterprises such as China Baowu Steel Group Corporation Limited, Ansteel Group and Jingye Group, as well as overseas large steel enterprises such as Formosa Plastics Group in Vietnam and Alliance Steel (M) Sdn. Bhd., making positive contributions to energy conservation, emission reduction, production improvement, quality improvement, staff downsizing and efficiency increase, and bringing good economic and social benefits.
