Recently, the consortium formed by CIE and China Railway 21st Bureau Group Co., Ltd. won the bid for EPC of dolomite ore processing plant in Longmen Town of Shaanxi Longmen Steel Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Longmen Steel"). This is the second strategic cooperation between CIE and Longmen Steel after the cooperation in the construction of sintering, waste heat power generation, sintering desulfurization and denitrification by activated carbon and other projects. It is also another demonstration EPC project that CIE won in the field of green building materials following Huafeng Dolomite Processing Line Project of Anhui Zhongchi New Material Co., Ltd., Yuanjiang Machine-made Sand Project of Hunan Development Qionghu Building Materials Management Co., Ltd. and Machine-made Sand Plant Project in Xiaofanzhou Village, Canggang Town, Hanshou County.

In this project, CIE designed a sand and gravel aggregate production line with a production capacity of 6000 kt/a for Longmen Steel. The process flow of coarse crushing, dust removal and screening, medium and fine crushing, primary screening, secondary screening and sand making building, as well as jaw crusher, impact crusher, cone crusher, three-layer circular screen, hydraulic high frequency screen, etc. were adopted for the project. Moreover, an efficient automatic loading and shipping system was provided to realize stable, high-quality and high-efficiency operation of the aggregate production line.
