The reconstruction project of Zhongtian steel sintering main exhauster fan frequency control system is commissioned
On Jan 18, the frequency control and energy saving system reconstruction project of Zhongtian steel 550m2 sintering main exhauster fan undertaken by a subsidiary of CIE—Hunan Changtian Automation Engineering Co., Ltd in mode of general contact was completed and put into production. After the system is put into operation, energy consumption is lowered by over 20% compared with the system before reconstruction, exceeding the owner’s predicted target of lowering energy consumption by 17%.

The sintering main exhauster fan frequency control system is system engineering, starting with the system design, through control of process and system, the sintering process control is operated in frequency control mode of the main exhauster fan system.
