“The integrated beneficiation control expert system” developed by CIE is independent of the existing level 1 basic control system, it belongs to level 2 beneficiation control system (L2), it is the level 2 intelligent beneficiation control system which is developed domestically on the basis of the first set of database system and knowledge base. Being started from the project approval at the beginning of year 2011, through more than one year of study, development and debugging, the system was put into use in the third concentration plant copper series of Kunsteel Yuxi Dahongshan Mining Co. Ltd. on Jun 26, 2012. On Aug 3, the optimization and debugging of the semiautogenous feed control system model were completed and it was put into operation. On Oct 17, the Kunsteel Yuxi Dahongshan Mining Co. Ltd. sent CIE the congratulation letter, expressing congratulations for the remarkable efficiency of the system.
