Recently, the integrated sintering control expert system (L2) developed independently by CIE was successfully applied in ironmaking plant of Meisteel. Up to the present, the system has been successfully supplied in such four sinter machines as Shaosteel No.6, Xin(yu)steel No.6, Xin(yu)steel No.7 and Meisteel No. 4 sinter machine, and an industrialization rudiment has been formed.

This time, CIE further studied and perfected the integrated sintering control expert system in accordance with the production status and process conditions of ironmaking plant of Meisteel, the function requirements for each system according to the contract requirements now have been completed and all the expert models have been applied steadily.
