On the morning of February 3, the commencement ceremony of the Dongguan Aluminum Ash Recycling Project, which was undertaken by CIE as the general contractor, was held, signifying that the site construction stage has started for the project.

The project aims to build a production line with an annual treatment capacity of 10,000 tons of aluminum ash. It is a critical project for Guangdong Dongshi Environment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Dongshi Environment") to lay out comprehensive services for industrial solid waste treatment based on Dongguan's urban development and industrial upgrade. This is CIE's first aluminum ash recycling project in the field of hazardous waste disposal and also the first aluminum ash recycling and harmless disposal project in Guangdong Province.
