On January 31, the consortium formed by CIE and Hunan No.6 Engineering Co., Ltd. won the bid for the general contracting project of Xiaofanzhou machine-made sand construction in Canggang Town, Hanshou County, Changde City. Following the general contracting project of machine-made sand construction in Yuanjiang City, this is another demonstration project of CIE in the field of green building materials, and also the first project in place for Hunan Construction Investment Real Estate Group to deploy the sand-gravel industry in Hunan.

In this project, CIE will build a new production line with an annual output of 4.5 million tons of machine-made sand for Hunan Construction Investment Real Estate Group, which has the largest scale and the highest degree of automation for cobblestone wet sand production in Hunan Province. The project adopts the "vertical impact crusher + rod mill" process for combined sand production to produce high-grade machine-made sand comparable to natural river sand.
