On January 31, CIEE, a subsidiary of CIE, successfully won the bid for the Phase-II 600 m² Sintering Machine Flue Gas Purification EPC Project in Lingang Advanced Extra-fine Steel Industrial Base of Shandong Iron and Steel Group (Yongfeng Lingang) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yongfeng Group").

This project aims to build a sintering flue gas purification system for a 600 m² sintering machine newly built by Yongfeng Group. The flue gas purification system will incorporate the new two-stage activated carbon adsorption process for flue gas purification, a technology independently developed by CIE, which can remove SO₂, NOx, dioxin, heavy metals, and dust once for all. It features low energy consumption, stable operation, high desulfurization & denitration efficiency, resource-oriented utilization of by-products, and low operation cost, with the treated flue gas meeting ultra-low emission requirements.
