On January 17, the CIE self-developed dry dedusting system for wet flue gas based on an intelligent flow-mixing device was successfully put into operation on the 220 m² sintering mixer of Fujian Sangang.

This system pioneered the bag-type dedusting technology for dust-containing waste gas of mixers via hot-air mixed flow tracing of annular cooler, with a breakthrough in the application of bag-type dedusting technology for the treatment of waste gas featuring high humidity and high viscosity, and achieved the steady ultra-low emission of dust-containing waste gas for sintering mixers.

Currently, this system has been successively put into use (with a total of 16 sets deployed) on sintering mixers in Quzhou Yuanli Metal Products Co., Ltd., Guangdong Zhongnan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd., Baowu Steel, and Fujian Sangang for long-term stable operation, providing important technical support for solving wet flue gas problems in sintering mixers and contributing to the domestic intelligent equipment technology for ferrous metallurgy.
