The 550m2 sintering machine of Changzhou Zhongfa Ironmaking Co., Ltd. (Project of Natural Gas Injection on Sintering Surface), which is independently developed and generally constructed by CIE, is currently in stable state and with excellent performance after production and operation for nearly two months, which has been highly praised by the Owners.

The Project adopts the Technology of Natural Gas Injection on Sintering Surface , which is independently developed by CIE. In view of the poor fuel segregation effect in the current sintering process, natural gas is injected from the top of the material layer while the ratio of solid fuel is reduced as a whole, so that it is pumped into the material layer and burned near the combustion zone, thereby realizing the breakthrough of key technologies of replacing coke with gas, strengthening combustion and soaking sintering.
