On Dec 19, CIE and Japan Wakayama Iron making Co. jointly held the project completion ceremony, the ceremony was to celebrate the successful thermal load test run of sinter machine which was developed and designed independently by CIE and was exported to the developed country for the first time.

The project is the second sintering (EP) project of CIE ever built and commissioned overseas after the Brazil GA198㎡sinter machine project, it is CIE’s another important milestone built up in foreign market, it marks the recognition of CIE ‘s product, technology and service by developed countries and strong iron and steel countries, it changes the history of domestic iron and steel industry in which the core equipment depends on import and selfdeveloped equipment can only be sold domestically.
