On September 27th, CIE signed a frame cooperation agreement with METSO (USA) in Changsha, the agreement indicated the cooperation of developing the market of pelletizing grate-kiln engineering.　　

With a global accepted acknowledgement, MESTO is a world famous international company which business scope including: paper making, ore processing and industrial automation. In 2004, CIE successfully corporate with MESTO on the 5m t/a palletizing project in WUSTEEL, which is acknowledged as the largest scale palletizing project in china.

During the corporation, METSO gave high remarks on technical force and engineering experience in the oxide palletizing area of CIE, and CIE also paid a great interest on experiences on research and development of METSO in largescale oxide palletizing projects. CIE and METSO has made a Strategetic Relationship agreement based on the complementary and good relationship of both parties, to develop the market of largescale (large than 4m t/a) oxide palletizing equipment project in China.  The alliance between giants of CIE and METSO can not only make CIE more competitive, but also make a great contribution to the upgrade of the equipments of Chinese metallurgical industries, especially the palletizing plant over 4m t/a, it will greatly facilitate the energy solution of metallurgical industries and accelerate the developing of Savingoriented Society.
