On Feb 2, 2010, at the meeting on scientific and technological work of Changsha, The “integrated sintering control expert system” developed independently developedby Zhongye Changtian was given the first prize of Changsha city in 2009 for scientific and technological progress.

It is known that, in accordance with the requirements of 《Notice of the People’s Government of Changsha on issuance of 》, Zhongye Changtian has organized application work and had finished it by the end of April. After going through such procedures as recommendation by the administrative committee of Changsha high new technology region, the experts review and the reevaluation by review committee and announcement in Changsha Evening Paper etc., the “integrated sintering control expert system” has been approved by the government in October of 2009 as the unit to win the first prize of Changsha for scientific and technological progress.
