On Apr 28, CIE officially singed the contract of “ Yunlong (Honglan) road engineering construction BT project of Yunlong demonstration zone” with the management committee in Yunlong demonstration zone of Zhuzhou city, this indicates the success of Zhongye Changtian participating in the municipal infrastructure construction and getting into high end field BT project for the first time.

The Yunlong road starts from Hongqi north road, at the intersection with Honggang road, it is connected toward north with Changsha, and the whole length of the project is about 15.8 km. According to BT contract agreement, the construction time for A and B section is 18 months respectively, it is scheduled to be completed and opened to traffic at the end of 2011.
