Recently, CIE has won the title of “contractstressing and promisekeeping unit of Hunan province in 2008—2009”, at the same time it has been appraised as the “contractstressing and promisekeeping unit of Changsha city in 2008”.

According to 《Several opinions on promoting “contractstressing and promisekeeping” activities》issued by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, applied by enterprises, recommended by related industry association, the “contractstressing and promisekeeping” enterprises are finally chosen through appraisal and after approval of Hunan Provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce, they are chosen to guide the enterprise to observe the law in business operation and to build up credit brand.

Up to the present, Zhongye Changtian has been awarded the titles of “contractstressing and promisekeeping unit” of Changsha city successively for 20 years, and that of Hunan province successively for 12 years and that of the country successively for 7 years.
