On Jan 15, Zhuzhou Yunlong Road project undertaken by CIE in BT mode officially passed the completion acceptance.

Yunlong road project is the key construction project in 2010 in Zhuzhou city, Hunan province, it is the city main road of Zhuzhou Yunlong demonstration area for twooriented society constructions of Chansha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan, and it is also the city road in Zhuzhou with longest the onetime construction mileage and the biggest onetime investment. The road has a total length of 15,847m with a road width of 43.5m and doubleway six lanes. The asphalt concrete pavement is adopted for the main traffic lane and the nonmotor vehicle lane of the whole road (and the colored asphalt concrete is adopted for the nonmotor vehicle lane of section A). There are 7 large, medium and small sized bridges, 13 pedestrian passageways (walkways), 30 pipelines and 45 various culverts, and 140 temporary wirings are designed. The whole line is equipped with such facilities and auxiliary facilities as running water, sewage drainage, power pipelines, intensive communication pipelines, traffic signal, traffic signs and markings,  electronic police, greening, illumination, public transportation station and environmental and sanitation facilities.

The Yunlong road which has been put into normal production is praised as the “Eastern corridor” of ChangshaZhuzhouXiangtan city group, its smooth acceptance marks the completion of whole construction of Yunlong road in BT mode with high quality, and the construction achievements have been high recognized by Zhuzhou city and Yunlong demonstration area. It is known that, the two sides of Yunlong road have attracted over 100 billion Yuan of investment, and it will become the strong engine of Yunlong demonstration area to speed up the construction of “ecological city, cultural city and tourist city”.
