Six invention patents of CIE sintering main exhauster fan frequency control technology have won authorization
Up to May 18, the six invention patents applied by CIE have won authorization officially, including “Suction pressure control methods and system of main exhauster fan of sinter machine（ZL201210578937.8）”, “Frequency control methods and system of main exhauster fan of sintering system（ZL201210578971.5）”, “Sinter bed depth prediction methods and system（ZL201210578402.0）”, “Frequency control methods and system of main exhauster fan of sintering system （ZL201210578908.1）”, ““Suction pressure control methods and system of main exhauster fan of sinter machine（ZL201210579611.7）”and “Sintering burntthrough point temperature control methods and system （ZL 201210579626.3）”.
These six patents belong to category of selfadaptive frequency control technology of main exhauster fan of sinter machine and are researched and developed independently by CIE. It is proposed creatively in the technology that, the frequency speed control technology of main exhauster fan can be used to adjust suction pressure and air volume (rate) and thus control the sintering burntthrough point, selfadaptive control of fan equipment under different working conditions can be realized, the fan frequency control result can basically tally with the working conditions, and sintering system is in high effective operation status, thus the electrical energy is saved as far as possible and the energy saving and emission reduction technology of domestic iron and steel industry is promoted beneficially.
Now CIE has applied 33 patents for this kind of technology, of which 5 are PCT international patents and 28 are invention patents.
