CIE is one of the first batch of design companies which have been awarded the rights to conduct business directly with foreign entities, since its participation in Baosteel engineering construction in late 70s of the last century, CIE has conducted technical cooperation and exchange with foreign entities, it has accumulated international cooperation experience and it has been gradually familiar with and has mastered the international project management modes and rules.
