It was on April 15 that CIE and its union, Zhuzhou City Planning and Design Institute, won the bidding of one of new construction design projects of Aviation Avenue in Zhuzhou City. 

Located at Lusong District, Zhuzhou City including roads, bridges, traffic engineering, water supply and drainage, greening, lighting and other ancillary works of new construction at Aviation Avenue (Tianchi Road Zhuzhou county boundary), CIE will be mainly responsible for the special design of bridge engineering.
