The first and second sintering and integrated renewal and reformation project of Baosteel started
On June 28, overall designed and key process of CIE and the first and second sintering and integrated renewal and reformation project of Baosteel of equipment EP started formally. Zhi Xiwei, Vice General Manager of Baosteel, and Ye Hengdi, Vice General Manager of CIE, and other leaders attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech, and 150 people from the building, construction, design and supervision units attended the opening ceremony.
As the ending work of “energy conservation and environmental protection comprehensive renovation project of sintering system”, the first and second sintering and integrated renewal and reformation project of Baosteel will construct a new sintering machine of 600 ㎡, and the designed annual output of sinter is 7.33 million tons. CIE is mainly responsible for the main sintering system of the project, flue gas purification system, flue gas circulation system, dust pelletizing system, the design of corresponding supporting facilities and supply of main equipment. The project adopts a series of advanced technologies and equipment: continues the activated carbon, flue gas and multipollutants collaborative governance technology, fluid sealing circular cooler and other new technology and equipment of energy conservation and environmental protection; it aims at the recent development direction in the field of sintering, and implements the leading industry technology of sintering flue gas recycling, and realizes the targets of consumption and emissions reduction under the premise of guaranteeing the output and quality index of sinter; it adopts the pioneering new technology of dust pelletizing to reduce environmental pollution and the comprehensive cost; to further optimize the design, structure, texture of sintering machine, circular cooler and other key equipment, to ensure stable and smooth production; to explore the implementation of intelligent manufacturing technology, and realize intelligent sintering production process, to make the production, quality, energy consumption, labor efficiency and other indicators improved significantly.
The project is planned to be completed and put into production in January 2019. After putting into production, the application of a series of new technologies, new processes and new equipment will have a positive demonstration effect on the development of sintering industry.
