It was on August 3 that a general contract on a preheated sintering ignition holding furnace EPC was signed by and between CIE and Jingye Material Purchasing Co., Ltd. of Hebei Jingye Group.
 

The project is one of sintering ignition holding furnace reconstruction projects covering an area of 230 square meters of No.3 of the second sintering of Hebei Jingye Group. The former sintering ignition holding furnace usually needs to be shut down for maintenance due to high energy consumption and unreasonable lining structure, which provides a huge trouble to the whole sintering production line. As a proprietary equipment independently developed by CIE, dualramp ignition holding furnace has the features of low energy consumption and long operating life compared with other furnace styles based on years of technology accumulation and optimization, while in the light of the real situation of low ignition fuel value (blast furnace gas) and power generation through the afterheat of hotblast air of circular cooler of owners,  the preheating sintering ignition technology of flue was used to preheated based on the afterheat of flue to oxidizing air. The technology not only can reduce the temperature of exhaust gas in flue based on its heating and combustionsupporting air, but also can solve the following problems such as huge dustiness of backheating wind of circular cooler, high consumption of double preheating ignition gas, et.; while it also can reduce project investment and gas consumption, improve the utilization efficiency of afterheat of sintering, and obtain economic benefits and environmental benefits.
