It was on December 27, 2018 that a good news came from SIPO that both CIE’s patents, “a controlling method for sintering state during the sintering process” and “a kind of preheating sintering point furnace in parallel using the method and system of gas and combustion air”, which won the 20th China Excellence Award.

“A controlling method for sintering state during the sintering process" is a kind of original intelligent sintering control technology invited by CIE for decades, different from the traditional patent depending on human experience analysis and controlling sintering state. It adopts new smart and accurate prediction and adaptive control method for the maximum efficacy of sintering production, which not only solved long traditional sintering art process, low efficiency, huge process energy and high production cost, but also improved the yield and quality of sintering ore.

“A kind of preheating sintering point furnace in parallel using the method and system of gas and combustion air" is a patent, different with heat transmission principle and device structure of traditional sintering point technology depending on preheating method, which not only put forward the technology method of fission under the machine and preheating sintering point furnace using gas and combustion air,  solved long traditional sintering art process, low efficiency, huge process energy and high production cost, but also turned the waste, the blast furnace gas of original excretion or inefficient use, into wealth to make low efficient energy utilization come true.
