It was in January 2019 that 180㎡ EPC engineering of sintering machine for 122 ton of supporting iron production line signed by CIE and Wugang Zhongjia Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as Wugang Zhongjia Iron and Steel).

After near oneyear investigation and preparation to cooperate owners with a series of analysis, discussion and several optimization schemes for the existing problems of 180㎡ sintering machine at the first stage project, CIE finally won the bid based on its strength. During the process of project construction, CIE made the equipment level, production capacity of sintering oral, environmental quality, energy saving and emission reduction of sintering system of Zhongjia Iron and Steel better based on a series of advanced technology and equipment, such as sintering with raised bed, ignition furnace with the type of double inclined belt and energy conservation, hot air sintering without power,  new sealed circular cooler, circular cooler utilizing high temperature and waste heat (generating steam to drag main exhaust fan), main exhaust fan with doubledrive operation, integrated sintering control expert system (L2) etc.
