On October 14, the overhaul and capacity expansion renovation project of sintering machine of ironmaking general plant of Shanxi Lvliang Jianlong Industrial Co., LTD.(hereinafter referred to as Lvliang Jianlong), which was contracted by CIE and implemented by Changtian Heavy Industry Technology Co., Ltd., was successfully put into production.

It aims to optimize the production capacity of sintering machine and enhance the economic benefits of production by realizing the technological upgrading for the original sintering machine system for Lvliang Jianlong. During the construction of the Project, the sintering machine head and tail sealing device newly developed by CIE and made by Changtian Heavy Industry Technology Co., Ltd. has been adopted. After the Project is completed and put into operation, the air leakage rate of the sintering machine body can be effectively controlled below 20%, and at the same time, the automated level of sintering head feeding can be improved to achieve steady improvement of production efficiency
