The project "Comprehensive treatment of 265m2 sintering flue gas (Longsteel)" was put into operation

　　On September 29, the upgrading project of "Comprehensive treatment of 265m2 sintering flue gas for Shaan Steel Group Longsteel Company (hereinafter referred to as "Longsteel"), with CIE as the general contractor, was put into production successfully.

　　The Project aims to upgrade the 265m2 sintering flue gas purification system in the plant of Longsteel. The flue gas from sintering machine contains a variety of pollutants. In order to make the discharge of sintering machine head meet the requirements of "Ultra-low Emission Reform Plan of Iron and Steel Enterprises (Draft for Comments)", a set of flue gas purification system for sintering machine head is needed. The Project adopts the activated carbon flue gas purification technology and equipment independently developed by CIE to synchronously and cooperatively purify and treat multiple pollutants (sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, dust, heavy metals, dioxins) in the sintering flue gas, with industrial sulfuric acid as the byproduct.

　　360m2 sintering project for Xianfu Iron & Steel Group was put into production

　　On September 29, the 360m2 sintering project of Yunnan Yuxi Xianfu Iron & Steel Group (hereinafter referred to as Xianfu Iron and Steel), with CIE as general Contractor, was successfully tested with thermal load and put into production.

　　As the first sintering project constructed by CIE in Changle, it is the largest, most advanced, environmentally friendly, energy-efficient and intelligent iron-making sintering production line in Yunnan Province.

　　For the Project, the advanced energy-saving, consumption reduction and emission reduction technologies are adopted, while the main technical, economic, energy consumption and emission indexes reach the advanced level among similar sintering plants in China. It is expected to achieve an annual output of 3.8 million tons of high-quality sinter after the project is fully put into production, realize the expected goal of green and environmentally-friendly efficient production capacity instead of inefficient production capacity, and at the same time help CIE to further develop the market in Changle.

　　Sanbao Group's 320m2 sintering project was put into production

　　On October 1, the 320m2 sintering project of Fujian Sanbao Steel Group (hereinafter referred to as Sanbao Steel), with CIE as the general Contractor, was successfully tested with thermal load and put into production.

　　During construction of the Project, CIE has helped Sanbao Steel to reach a new level in terms of sintering equipment, sintering capacity, environment quality, energy conservation and emissions reduction by utilizing high negative pressure, deep bed sintering, double inclined energy-saving ignition furnace and holding furnace, new type rotary ring cooler, waste heat, automatic detection and control technologies and equipment.

　　The Project is the first sintering project generally contracted by CIE in private iron and steel enterprises in Fujian Province. The smooth operation of the Project lays a solid foundation for further cooperation between CIE and Sanbao Steel, and is a milestone for CIE to set foot in and explore the private iron and steel metallurgical market in Fujian Province.
