Project scope：The process includes raw material receiving, fuel crushing, material proportioning, mixing and sintering and product screening, together with facilities for waste heat recovery.
Process technologies：With a high automation level of the whole plant, the automatic proportioning, automatic control of water addition, automatic control of ignition furnace temperature, and automatic measurement and control systems for sintering BTP temperature and position etc. are adopted. The technical proposal for sintering with high limonite proportion and using coral reef to replace burnt lime is adopted.
Project output product：Sinter 
Brief introduction of the project: As a newlybuilt important subproject of integrated iron and steel enterprise in Vietnam with 10million ton capacity invested by Formosa Plastics Group (Corporation), this project is the first supersized metallurgical sintering EPC project constructed by Chinese company in Southeast Asia region. The owner has high requirements for project design and management. At present, the work of the project is well under way (going on).
