The phase three technical reconstruction project of Xinsteel Co. contracted by CIE--No.6 sinter machine successfully came to designed capacity and standards 26days ahead of time on Jul 5 after realization of thermal load test run and recent continuous operation. For example, the sinter machine productivity, the equipment availability and the tumbler strength of sinter all reached the designed requirements, and the production operation was good.
