Based on the joint venture cooperation project agreement of Xunyang Xiaojinhe magnetite mine of Shanxi province, CIE, Mining Co., Ltd. Of Chongqing Iron and Steel Group and Shanxi Huijin Mining science and technology development Co., Ltd. jointly invest and buy shares to establish Shanxi Sanjin Mining Co. Ltd., and jointly develop Xunyang iron ore resources. This is an important step forward of Zhongye Changtian in the owner’s resources development section.
