On Oct 8, the Hunan Hualing Xiangtan Iron and Steel Co, Ltd. “two tunnels and one bridge” undertaken by CIE was opened to traffic officially. The project contract was signed on Dec 1, 2007, it started to break ground on Jan 10 of 2008, the principle part of the project was basically completed on Aug 31, the project lasted seven months and twenty days, and the shortest construction period was created for the similar engineering construction.
