At the release conference of “Top 100 enterprises of Hunan province in 2010 and enterprise management modernization innovation achievements of Hunan province in 2009” held on Nov 12, CIE won the title of “Top 100 enterprises of Hunan province in 2010”, and at the same time, its applied 《Establishing metallurgical EPC project management system based on bill of quantities》also won “the first prize for enterprise management modernization innovation achievement of Hunan province in 2009”.
