Changsha government held an interview and negotiation activity of “introducing and reserving ten thousand young excellent talents in 2010”, the secretary of Changsha municipal committee Chen Runer and the mayor Zhang  Jianfei etc. attended the meeting personally. As a scientific enterprise, CIE participated in the recruitment activity.
