In the morning on Aug 8, the prizeawarding ceremony for the first batch of “three hundred projects” (100 Intellectual property rights demonstration enterprises,  100 excellent intellectual property rights transformation projects and 100 leaders of intellectual property rights creation) of intellectual property rights of Changsha city was held at Changsha conference center. CIE was granted the title of intellectual property rights demonstration enterprise, the “liquid seal circular cooler” developed independently by CIE was selected as the excellent intellectual property rights transformation project, and comrade Gao Deliang from mechanical engineering division of CIE was awarded as one of the leaders of intellectual property rights creation.

The review work of the “three hundred projects” of intellectual property rights of Changsha city was sponsored by the intellectual property rights office of Changsha city and Changsha finance bureau, and it was approved by the leader group for intellectual property rights coordination of Changsha city. 20 intellectual property rights demonstration enterprises, 10 excellent intellectual property rights transformation projects and 10 leaders of intellectual property rights creation were awarded for the first batch of evaluation.
