On Oct 21, three foreign invention patents independently developed and applied by CIE concentrating on “new type of liquid seal circular cooler”“a kind of pallet of circular cooler”, “a kind of circular ring air duct”, “a kind of circular cooler”, won authorization in Vietnam. Up to the present, CIE has won 20 invention patent rights abroad for the new type of liquid seal circular cooler.
