The gas-smoke purification project of active carbon method of sintering machine of Baoshan Iron & Steel has been checked
It was on March 23, 2017 that the various performance indexes of flue gas purification project of active carbon method of No. 3 sintering machine of Baoshan Iron & Steel, the general contractor of CIE EP, has been checked and accepted totally based on a strict performance appraisal including an assessment for continuous 168 hours, one detection for a hour, implying that the multipollutants collaborative governance technology of activated carbon flue gas independently researched, developed and designed by CIE with completely independent intellectual property rights has realized industrial application once more, further consolidating the leading position of iron and steel sintering at fluegas treatment field. Part of index of the project has exceeded the assessment requirement creating the best level of sintering at flue gas cleaning field in China.
Of the examination and acceptance, part of index of the project has exceeded the assessment requirement, in which, the synchronous operation efficiency of sintering has up to 100%, desulphurization efficiency of sulfur dioxide has near to 100%, desulphurization efficiency of nitric oxide has up to 90%, emission concentration of sulfur dioxide has up to 02 mg per standard cubic meter, emission concentration of nitric oxide has up to 30 mg per standard cubic meter, and the dust discharge concentration is less than 10 mg per standard cubic meter.
